Give Back
The Resiliency Blanket
I believe in giving back to communities that have supported my journey into becoming a better human. My heartfelt way to give back is through my art, which has been a powerful healing medicine to my soul. I hope this blanket and its message positively impact others, just as they have influenced me.
The Resiliency Blanket is designed by Native artist and founder of Soul Curiosity, Tessa Sayers. Her desire to give back to her indigenous community inspired the Resiliency Project, a partnership with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa and Dr. Tami Jollie-Trottier, owner of Indigenized Behavioral Healing. Believing in the power of art and its ability to help heal, 100% of the blanket profits support Indigenized Behavioral Healing workshops meant to empower courage and resilience within the Turtle Mountain tribal community. Since November 2019, the blanket has raised over $29,220.
