About Me
Personal Me
I'm a Holistic Mind-body Somatic Practitioner, yoga teacher, farm girl, storyteller, poet, artist, and seeker of personal growth and development. I live in Washington State with my husband, adopted 13-year-old son, chickens, and three dogs.
My interests and passions include gardening, chickens, dogs, llamas, graphic design, floral beadwork, holistic wellness, and creating digital art to print on fabric, leggings, bags, totes, wall art, and blankets. Because of my multi-ethnic and cultural background, I consider myself eclectic and diverse in my views and spiritual practices.
I love dancing, historical romance movies, and all things farm life. People describe me as warm, outgoing, dependable, and funny. If I could snap my fingers and be anywhere, I would be dancing barefoot on a warm beach at sunset, with my pups, good company, and music that connects to your soul in that oh so good way.

Indigenous Me
I'm Indigenous from North America (U.S./Canada), Celtic, Norse, and of Germanic origin. My Indigenous heritage encompasses three tribes, Chippewa, Cree, and Metis, all of whom are represented within the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa community in North Dakota.
I'm a certified artist with my tribe, Turtle Mountain, and in 2019, with a desire to giveback, designed the Resiliency Woven Blanket. Believing in the power of art and its ability to heal, 100% of the blanket profits support Indigenized Behavioral Healing, an organization which facilitates workshops meant to empower courage and resilience within the Turtle Mountain tribal community. Since it's creation, the blanket has raised over $29,000.
